Excelo Safe2Play

Safe2Play is safety floor system made of closed-cell crosslinked polyethylene foams which are interlocking plates and on top of them is placed an artificial turf with at least 22mm pile height. The system has no joints and is fastened around the perimeter. Subsequently silica sand in the amount of 25 kg per square meter is placed in the lawn to give stability and weight to the whole system.

Safe2Play surface is certified with EN 1177:2018 and is fully harmonized with the European Regulation REACH point 50 (5) of Annex XVII for the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in a percentage of much less than 0.0001% by weight.

Safe2Play system is available on various thickness which is determined according to the height of each playground set (CFH – Critical Fall Height). Available for playground sets with CFG from 0.80 meters up to 3.2meters.

The Safe2Play system can be installed directly on the ground (soil) and does not need a concrete/asphalt surface.
